Owner SMS program
This notice covers the Nookrivet owner SMS program.
Information collected
We store the owner's account identifier, mobile number, consent choice, disclosure text and version, and timestamp in our Supabase database. Consent history supports operation of the program and documentation of enrollment or withdrawal.
Use and disclosure
The number is used for approval alerts requested by the owner. Once delivery is connected, Twilio and telecommunications providers will process the number and message content to deliver texts. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information as necessary to operate the program.
Control and retention
Consent records are restricted to the owner and authorized backend services. Withdrawing consent stops eligibility for future alerts but does not automatically erase historical consent records. To request access or deletion, contact buzz.does.tech@gmail.com. We retain records as needed to administer the program and address consent inquiries.
